Key Features & Advantages
1.1 Hi Cupla(標準型低壓氣動快速接頭)
1.2 Hi Cupla BL(安全鎖型低壓氣動快速接頭)
Hi Cupla BL(Built-in Lock)

|
|
|
|
Technical Positioning |
Industrial-grade general-purpose quick coupling (most common). |
High-security, specialized coupling designed to prevent accidental disconnection. |
|
Sleeve Locking Mechanism |
None (unlocks via single-handed push-pull sleeve action). |
Equipped (sleeve can be securely locked manually by rotating it after connection). |
|
Safety Protection |
When dragging hoses or impacting the ground, external forces may cause the sleeve to retract, risking accidental pipeline blowouts. |
Once locked, the sleeve cannot retract, 100% eliminating the risk of accidental disconnection and whipping hoses causing injuries. |
|
Body Material Options |

Key Features & Advantages
1.1 Hi Cupla (Standard Low-Pressure Pneumatic Quick Coupling)
The Hi Cupla series is the most widely adopted, classic quick coupling across factory pneumatic pipelines, ideally suited for connecting general pneumatic tools and air compressor lines.
· One-Way Shut-Off Valve: The socket features a built-in automatic shut-off valve that instantly stops airflow upon disconnection, preventing gas leakage and sudden pressure drops.
· Excellent Durability & Impact Resistance: Key components of the steel body undergo specialized heat treatment to achieve extreme hardness, providing outstanding resistance to fatigue and wear.
· Large Flow Design: Engineered with minimal fluid resistance to deliver an airflow rate that outperforms competitor couplings in its class, ensuring sufficient and stable power for pneumatic equipment.
· Versatile Interface Compatibility: Supports a wide range of pipeline connection styles, including threaded (PT/R/Rc), hose barb, and nut joints.
1.2 Hi Cupla BL (Safety Lock Type Low-Pressure Pneumatic Quick Coupling)
Built upon the standard version, the Hi Cupla BL (Built-in Lock) introduces a physical locking mechanism tailored for high-mobility, high-vibration, or safety-critical work environments.
· Built-In Sleeve Lock: Once the plug and socket are connected, simply rotate the outer sleeve slightly to lock the coupling securely into place.
· Powerful Prevention of Accidental Disconnection: In its locked state, the sleeve cannot slide backward—even when subjected to harsh dragging across the floor, heavy crushing, or unexpected pulling—ensuring the coupling never separates under load.
· Vibration-Proof Sealing: Inheriting Nitto’s premier O-ring sealing technology, it maintains a perfect, zero-leakage performance even when mounted on high-frequency vibrating pneumatic tools (such as pneumatic impact wrenches).
