- For coveying of solid particles like sand and gravel, dredged mud, coment, bentonite, alumina, silica, coal dust, ash, carbon black, mud slurry, etc.
- By air, water or in the form of slurry at offshore oil fields, mines, steel plants, coal washeries Thermal Power Plants, Cement Plants and other heavy duty industry.
Construction
- Specially compounded to withstand the abrasive & corrosive action of material coveyed with high velocity.
- Reinforcement of specially rubberized low expansion plies of Woven textile (natural / synthetic) with or without steel wire helix in between plies for flexibility. Neoprene /natural rubber/SBR /EPDM. Cover resistant to abrasion.
- Weather, ozone, chemicals and ageing. Outer Cover corrugated or smooth as per requirement
End Fitting
- Built-in Type Nipple with fixed/ swivel flanges/ Threaded Nipples with and without camblock couplings/ Hammer Union/ Quick release Coupling, etc. as per customer specification & requirement.
Operating Pressure
- Mpa- 0.6-2.0 (Higher pressure hoses available on request).
