TG 60 is a Type II Oil binder officially tasted and approved according to the "Oil Binder Guideline" of the German Federal Environmental Agency.
The product consists of blown perlite, i.e. volcanic silicate rocks with a grain size of 1-3 mm whose surface has been treated for hydrophobic and oil-absorbing properties. TG-60 is water-repellent, floatable, and non-combustible, has an unlimited shelf life, and does not present any hazard for humans or animals. TG-60 does not pollute water.
Application
Apply TG 60 on oil-contaminated floors or water surfaces , allow to react, then collect . Dispose after use by incineration or on a garbage dump according to local governmental regulations.
